Street Team Requirements:

• Must personally own Madison Bass or Guitar amplifier and cabinet
• Have email and phone number and be ready for contact by possible customers\
• Authorize us to list you on our dealer locator at www.madisonamps.com
• Authorize potential customers to email you.
• Authorize us to send customers to your email or phone number
• Be available to demo your product/s to a customer upon appointment
• Sell at no less than 10% off SMAP price.

• Authorize us to send customers to your email or phone number

Rules

• Direct sales people can conduct deals with other businesses and with prior “Authorization”, can set up authorized dealers in authorized areas. A 10% flat rate commission will be paid. Standard music store dealer cost is 55% off List price. Studios, production companies etc… get 50% of List price.
• Direct sales people have a responsibility to the up most integrity of the Madison / Legion company. Potential music business dealers have the RIGHT to a deal less than 10% off SMAP price. These deals are to be conducted differently than end user customer deals. You are essentially earning your way towards “Authorized Sales Rep” status.

Dealers are Companies who are allowed to sell Madison and Legion products to anyone inside of their protected area (30 miles).

Dealers:

• Must have a legitimate music store, either brick and mortar or online

Titanium Dealers are Companies who are allowed to sell Madison and Legion products to anyone inside of their protected area (30 miles) and have extensive knowledge and product availability.

Titanium Dealers:

• Must have a legitimate music store, either brick and mortar or online

Associate Artist Relations personnel offer full AND/OR partial endorsement contracts to authorized band members.

• All bands or members must be authorized by the Head of Artist Relations

Head of Artist Relations offers full AND/OR partial endorsement contracts to authorized band members.

• Authorizes all Associate Artist Relations personnel endorsement contracts

A Dealer Setup Rep is authorized by Madison to refer respective Dealers to Madison.

• Make routine stops at their dealers to check up on promo material and product ordering
• Have Madison gear for product samples to show/demo to their dealers

An Authorized Madison Sales Rep is authorized by Madison to sell Madison and Legion product to Dealers

• Must have full knowledge of the Madison and Legion Lines
• Make routine stops at their dealers to check up on promo material and product ordering

A National Distributor is authorized by Madison to sell to any music retail store in their area.

A international Distributor is authorized by Madison to sell to any music retail store in their area.
