The Madison 10" loaded bass cabinets all use a uniquely shaped horn lens which transfers smooth HF tone without coloring it with to much harsh mid frequencies. The driver itself is where the focus lies. The Mylar dome tweeter emits an accurate mid/high tone that is clear and pleasant sounding.

The 10" drivers that are used are the Madison Knight woofers. These have been voice especially for bass guitar. They are unique in their design where they possess a prevalent bottom end yet a clarity into the mid frequencies that transfers into sort of a transparent sound to the over all tone of the bass cabinet. We test our bass cabinets with twice the power we have them rated at. The Knight woofers will actually handle about 1/3 more power than what we rate them at.
